SPFDU is dedicated to train high-caliber scientists for pharmaceutical research. It pioneered a joint graduate study model with a top multinational pharmaceutical company and institutes a flexible training system to combine undergraduate and graduate studies (4+4 and 4+2). From 2012, two national top 100 Ph.D. dissertations, seven best Ph.D. and six best M.Sc. dissertations in Shanghai were selected.
